Description
We are looking for a Cyber Security Project/Program Manager to join our team. This consultant will manager several security projects including the implementation of Data Protection and IAM application enhancements. The PM will work with a fairly sizable project team made up of application team members, offshore team members, and business partners. This opportunity is in our Security engineering and Development group. Past experience working with Security Technology teams is required.
Must have Project Management experience specifically with security, IAM, PAM, CyberArk and/or Data Protection. Must be local to the Chicago land area.
Job Description:
- Candidate must have demonstrated success leading large scale projects with extensive experience coordinating activities in a global environment and the ability to quickly establish rapport with a variety of stakeholders at various levels within the organization. Must have proven ability to define and agree scope, plans, and strategy for complex initiatives with a variety of stakeholders and manage projects within a given budget. Must have a proven track record of success working in a fast-paced environment with challenging deadlines and competing priorities, ability to effectively run meetings and set agendas, and track performance against agreed upon commitments.
- Other responsibilities include client management relationship, leadership and management of the project typically delivering results through others, setting the technical and business direction for the group, effective allocation and use of resources throughout the project, establishing team environment, coordinating and facilitating Executive Steering group meetings and project Working Group meetings.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in developing complex project plans within Microsoft Project.
- Candidate must have proven ability to be self-directed with excellent leadership skills to identify gaps, remove impediments, and escalate transparently risks and issues with projects to enable success for the project team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must
- Strong organizational and leadership skills a must

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $73.00 - $78.00/hr.
