Cyber Security Officer with Security Clearance

. We are currently seeking a Cyber Security Officer to support our customer. Place of Performance: Silver Spring, MD
Start Date: Immediate Clearance: National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Compliance Review on Security Authorization Packages & assigned Security Documents

• Develop and maintain Security Document Templates

• Develop and Maintain RMF Compliance Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

• Generate RMF Performance Metric as needed from CSAM

• Provide Cyber Security Assessment and Management (CSAM) Support

• Others as assigned Required Skills:
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Cyber Security
• IASAE Level III certification (Security+, CISSP, CISM, or CCSP certification)
• Experience in deploying secure systems in government or military environments

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

• In-depth knowledge of NIST security controls and the Risk Management Framework (RMF)

• Understanding of system security concepts, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• High-level knowledge of cloud computing and protection of data stored in the cloud. Experience working on special projects that follow software development methodologies and lifecycle management. Preferred Skills:
• Experience leading an Enterprise-wide program with departmental stakeholders

• Ability to develop and implement a security program that aligns with strategic initiatives and emerging technologies
