The selected candidate will be responsible for providing critical support to the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) staff. The selected candidate's responsibilities will include the following: Track and report compliance with cyber orders from Joint Forces Headquarters DOD Information Network (JFHQ-DODIN), US Cyber Command and related cyber related authorities IAW details and timelines specified within those orders and supporting guidance. Coordinate with cyber authorities (e.g. JFHQ-DODIN), cyber security services providers (e.g. DISA/JSP), system owners and other stakeholders to facilitate order compliance, vulnerability mitigation, incident response and cyber readiness. Monitor cyber readiness and accountability scorecards and dashboards and inform leadership of issues and provide explanations and recommendations. Serve as the primary POC for cyber incident, significant activity, issue and vulnerability reporting within the WHS cyber terrain. Analyze, assess and document WHS cyber terrain, assets, mission, risks and vulnerabilities and develop plans to ensure WHS's security posture. Conduct and document organizational risk assessments for the WHS cyber terrain and assets utilizing systems, methods and formats specified and/or mandated by requesting/requiring cyber authority. Develop plans and implement processes to address risks and vulnerabilities. Conduct pre-inspection analysis and coordinate with JFHQ DODIN inspectors, WHS system owners and other stakeholders to facilitate cyber related inspections and assist with changes to prepare for inspections and to address finding from inspections. Provide cybersecurity technical insight into processes and tools associated with cyber terrain and vulnerability management, monitoring, mitigation and reporting. Perform managerial duties for up to 5 direct reports. Provide oversight and day-to-day tasking for up to 5 subcontractors. Liaise between senior WHS government personnel and ADS employees. Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements: This is a 100% onsite Intel Analyst position located at the Pentagon. Shall possess a DoD Secret clearance. Candidates without an active Secret clearance or higher will not be considered. Minimum of five years of experience working in a federal government cyber security operations environment. Minimum of five of experience in cyber security vulnerability and incident reporting. Minimum of five of experience handling (marking, deriving, etc.) classified files. Previous experience in management or team leadership preferred. Must have a Security+ certification.
