Position Title: Cyber Security ISSO Location: Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO Relocation Assistance: None available at this time Remote/Telework: NO - Not available for this position Clearance Required: Active DoD Secret clearance Work Schedule: Day shift Travel: Up to 10% of the time Position Summary: Aegis Aerospace is seeking a Cyber Security Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. This position is based at the Local Control Center (LCC) and focuses on cybersecurity compliance, documentation, inspections, and coordination efforts supporting MDA systems and missions. Key Responsibilities: Provide cybersecurity services in support of LCC operations including documentation, semi-annual reporting, and CCORI oversight Review and submit cyber documentation and reports via the Enterprise Reporting System Maintain cyber libraries, document repositories, and manage eMASS records Track submission schedules and gather required documentation from system ISSOs Submit compliance reports including STIG checklists, equipment inventories, and SIF forms Support the collection and correlation of required artifacts for Command Cyber Operational Readiness Inspections (CCORI) Collaborate with ISSOs on compliance initiatives and RMF activities Contribute to security planning, risk assessments, risk management, certification, and awareness training Support control assessment and monitoring processes using eMASS Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and government customers to meet task deadlines and mission goals Brief leadership in a confident and professional manner Evaluate information system security postures and recommend remediation priorities Assess infrastructure and application architecture for security compliance Minimum Qualifications: Must be a US citizen Must have an active DoD Secret clearance Minimum of 2 years of direct cybersecurity experience Associate's degree in an IT or STEM-related field Experience with eMASS, CTOs, ATOs, and POAMs Experience consolidating reports from ACAS, ESS, and hardware/software inventories Experience with STIGs and Security Classification Guides Familiarity with DoD/MDA NIST 800-53, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and Risk Management Framework Must hold a current DoD 8570.01M IAT Level II certification Compensation: Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 annually.
