Senior Cyber/OT Engineer Huntsville, AL We are seeking someone to serve as a key cybersecurity and operational technology (OT) expert, supporting government customers in securing IT/OT environments through Zero Trust principles, Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance, and modernization initiatives. Responsibilities: Serve as a key cybersecurity and operational technology (OT) expert, supporting government customers in securing IT/OT environments through Zero Trust principles, Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance, and modernization initiatives Align IT/OT strategies with organizational goals, integrating cybersecurity best practices, Zero Trust, and security frameworks into IT and OT infrastructures Support the Army's transition to IPv6, Windows 11 migration, and Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) implementation Develop and enforce IT/OT policies, ensuring compliance with Army, DoD, and federal cybersecurity regulations Conduct risk assessments, analyze findings from Cyber Protection Teams (CPTs) and Black Start Exercises (BSEs), and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Lead and mentor junior cyber analysts, fostering expertise in IT/OT security frameworks and compliance Support security documentation, incident response protocols, and risk mitigation strategies for IT and OT systems Requires on-site work and may involve travel Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship is required per federal law Active Secret Clearance required Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred) 7+ years of IT/OT experience, with 3+ years in a senior role supporting CIO-level initiatives Expertise in securing IT and OT systems, including SCADA, ICS, and industrial control systems, with experience in risk management and compliance assessments In-depth knowledge of RMF, NIST 800-53, Zero Trust frameworks, and Army-specific IT/OT security practices Advanced expertise in IPv6 implementation, Windows 11 deployment, and ICAM frameworks Experience analyzing and synthesizing findings from CPTs and BSEs, presenting actionable insights to senior leadership Strong understanding of DoD and Army cybersecurity laws, directives, and regulatory frameworks Preferred Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, GSEC, CSSA, ITIL, or other certifications relevant to Army IT/OT environments What to Expect Moseley Technical Services, Inc.
