Position Description (What You Will Do & Learn) Review and assess COLSA's existing cybersecurity, network operations, and infrastructure past performance to identify alignment with emerging cyber needs in target federal agencies (e.g., DoD, DHS, DOJ) Use platforms like SAM.gov, Deltek, GovWin, and open-source threat and mission data to identify and track upcoming cybersecurity, infrastructure modernization, and compliance-focused contract opportunities Help build and maintain a portfolio tracker that includes customer mission areas, contract expiration dates, obligated value trends, and strategic alignment Assist in preparing targeted briefing decks, white papers, and decision briefs for executive leadership, industry day engagements, and teaming discussions, with a focus on enterprise cyber mission areas Identify key decision-makers, influencers, and contracting officers in target agencies and maintain updated contact rosters and organizational charts Track and update a living opportunity pipeline with key details (agency, vehicle, NAICS, competition, scope, incumbent, value, and timeline) 1. Required Experience Active-duty service member; U.S. Citizenship required Must meet SkillBridge eligibility requirements in accordance with DODI 1322.29 to include written authorization from command Proven ability to lead and enforce cybersecurity compliance initiatives, achieving top inspection ratings through implementation of security controls, collaboration across stakeholder groups, and adherence to federal standards (e.g., NIST, FISMA) Experience managing IT incident resolution efforts, including coordination with internal network operations centers and external service providers to resolve incidents with minimal downtime Skilled in facilitating structured, timely, and accurate information flow between operational units and senior leadership during critical and time-sensitive situations Adept at developing and presenting clear, actionable briefings to senior leaders covering operational and personnel updates to support strategic decision-making Proven ability to enhance IT service delivery through process improvement and structured incident response planning, achieving measurable improvements in resolution time and end-user satisfaction Preferred Qualifications Active Secret clearance Advanced academic training that supports strategic thinking and technical depth in enterprise cybersecurity and IT operations Recognized professional certifications that validate subject-matter expertise in cybersecurity, program management, service delivery, or incident response Direct oversight of federally funded cyber/IT programs with budgetary, compliance, and performance accountability, including contract execution and stakeholder coordination Familiarity with how cybersecurity and IT services are procured, governed, and audited within the federal space, including ATO processes and FedRAMP/NIST alignment Successful leadership of modernization efforts involving cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, or cybersecurity transformation projects across distributed environments COLSA Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer, Minorities/Females/Veterans/Disabled.
