We are looking for a Cyber Capabilities Test and Development Lead to support cyber capabilities testing and development for operation acceptance to be a part of the CTI Mission Support Cyber Team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Support cyber capabilities testing and development for operation acceptance
  • Draft and review capabilities test plans and support evaluation processes for presentation to USCYBERCOMMAND.
  • Integrate results of initial testing and evaluation back to capability providers to support requirements.
  • Provide expertise on cyber capabilities, integration with operational platforms, and infrastructure.
  • Draft capability development evaluation reports, lessons learned, recommendations, and other documents.
  • Lead testing efforts in support of cyber capability development and implementation.
  • Provide technical oversight and management support of capability tools into operational goals and plans that meet project objectives, track major project capability implementation and completion.
  • Ensure testing ranges are sophisticated and integrated to best test, train, and rehearse operations with customers to ensure deliverables meet objectives and timelines.
  • Prepare reports to satisfy contractual requirements, to include monthly and quarterly activity reports focused on activities, deliverables, funding execution, and projections.
This position is onsite and located at Camp Smith in Hawaii.

RequirementsNecessary Skills and Experience
  • Required: 3-5 years relevant experience in cyber operations required. Experience may include government or private sector work conducting cyber operations or penetration testing.
  • Over 1,000 hours or a sustained period of performance conducting on-network cyber operations as a certified exploiter and/or senior cyber operator.
  • Previous Test Lead or Tool Champion for USCYBERCOM cyber capabilities.
  • Familiarization and execution of the required capability/tool development, testing, evaluation and acceptance process.
  • Certified NSA Apprentice Exploiter and/or USCYBERCOM Senior Cyberspace Operator.
  • High level competence in conducting operations from USCYBERCOM, NSA infrastructure and platforms.
  • Expert writing and oral communication skills and experience presenting complex capability integration concepts and technical information to senior government and industry personnel.
  • Experience and proven ability in working independently, establishing goals, timelines, and priorities to ensure capabilities that support project success after receiving guidance and intent from leadership.
  • Strong and proven technical skills associated with project management including production of deliverables and maintaining strict adherence to schedule and budget.
  • Must have an active U.S. government Top Secret security clearance and be SCI eligible. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.
  • US Citizenships is required
  • Must be able to travel
