Cyber Analyst - Product Manager - Level 3 JOB DESCRIPTION X8 is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Analyst/Product Manager III to lead and manage multiple development teams in delivering critical cyber capabilities. This pivotal role involves ensuring that development objectives align with operational needs, coordinating support between teams, and managing product delivery from inception to production. As a Cyber Analyst/Product Manager III, you will oversee daily operations of three development teams, ensuring timely updates and alignment with customer needs. This position is located in Columbia, MD. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
• Manage three development teams daily, ensuring their objectives are met and progress is on track.
• Stay in constant contact with operational groups to ensure development aligns with customer needs and operational objectives.
• Coordinate developer support for operations and installations, ensuring that tools are updated and deployed to production as required.
• Maintain JIRA and Confluence pages for all products, tracking progress, features, and objectives, and keeping the government informed on any items that are falling behind schedule.
• Manage teams during Program Increment (PI) events, ensuring alignment with government needs and priorities.
• Work closely with testing and deployment teams to ensure each product release is thoroughly tested and delivered on time, expediting deliveries as needed based on operational demands.
• Coordinate training events for operational teams, including those in Georgia and Texas, ensuring proper knowledge transfer and operational readiness.
• Manage hardware orders through vendors and deliver them to customers to facilitate testing and validation of delivered products. WHAT REQUIRED SKILLS YOU'LL BRING
• 3+ years of experience directly supporting offensive cyber operations or cyber network operations.
• Proven experience in managing development teams and ensuring projects are completed on time and to specification.
• Expertise in managing JIRA and Confluence to track project progress, features, and objectives.
• Strong ability to collaborate with operational teams and align development efforts with customer and mission needs.
• Experience coordinating testing and deployment efforts, ensuring products are thoroughly tested and delivered promptly.
• Proven experience in managing training events for operational teams across multiple locations. WHAT PREFERRED SKILLS YOU'LL BRING
• Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and platforms used in offensive and defensive operations.
• Understanding of cyber operations planning and the integration of cyber capabilities into military or national defense objectives.
• Experience in managing vendor relationships for hardware procurement and ensuring timely delivery.
• Experience with cross-functional coordination, working with both development and operational teams to achieve mission success. MINIMUM CLEARANCE REQUIRED

• Salary Range: $185,000 + (depending on experience and education)
• Time Off: 24 Days PTO and 13 Federal holidays
