Adecco is looking for a shipping/receiving clerk in the Pontiac, MI area. This person will be lightly moving inventory around but also data entry, inventory management, and computer work. The client is looking for
prior experience in shipping/receiving and good computer skills . The hours for this role are
3:00 PM - 11:30PM Job title : Shipping Clerk I
Job Summary The candidate will work as a Clerk I, responsible for recording shipping and receiving information and performing hands-on inventory control tasks. They will enter customer part numbers, supplier information, and other data into an inventory management system with accuracy and process shipping documents.
This job is for someone who helps keep track of what comes in and goes out by entering information into a computer system accurately. They also help make sure everything is where it should be.
Skill Requirements Must-Have Requirements: - Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience in Data Entry
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods
- Flexible schedule availability including overtime
Preferred Requirements: - Clerical or data entry experience
Skill Education - Microsoft Office: A suite of productivity software that includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., used for creating documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and more.
- Data Entry: The process of inputting information into databases or computer systems from various sources.
- Inventory Management System: Software used to track inventory levels, orders, sales, and deliveries.
Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
