Your Role: Customs Entry Writer
As a Customs Entry Writer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth clearance of imported goods while ensuring full compliance with U.S. Customs and Participating Government Agency (PGA) regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process customs entries for international import shipments
Classify goods correctly using HTS codes and ensure compliance with U.S. Customs & PGA requirements
Coordinate with brokers, carriers, and government agencies to facilitate smooth cargo clearance
Communicate with clients & internal teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation
Stay updated on customs regulations, tariffs, and trade compliance laws
Resolve customs-related issues & troubleshoot clearance delays

What We re Looking For:
1+ years of hands-on experience in Customs Entry within Freight Forwarding
Strong knowledge of international import transportation & customs brokerage procedures
Familiarity with U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) & PGA regulations
Exceptional attention to detail & ability to work under strict deadlines
Excellent communication skills for working with clients, carriers & customs officials
Must have valid U.S. work authorization (Visa or Citizenship)
