Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Virtual Representative. As a Customer VR, you will be responsible for handling virtual customer service inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues. You will work closely with our clients to ensure a positive and seamless virtual customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to virtual customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner

- Provide product information and recommendations to customers

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member or department

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service

- Document customer interactions and keep records of inquiries, comments, and complaints

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve virtual customer service processes and procedures

- Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and virtual customer service best practices

- Contribute ideas to improve our virtual customer service experience and overall customer satisfaction

- Strive to meet and exceed individual and team virtual customer service performance targets

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred

- Proven working experience in virtual customer service

- Proficient in using virtual customer service tools and software

- Excellent phone, email, and chat etiquette

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A positive and empathetic attitude towards customers

- Knowledge of virtual customer service best practices and techniques

- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 virtual customer service environment

- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
