Our client is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Technical Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be the go-to person for assisting customers who encounter issues with their purchased products or services, ensuring that they receive the help they need to resolve these challenges effectively.

Job Title: Customer Technical Support Specialist

Location: South Burlington, VT

Pay Range: Starting at $17.50 per hour, increasing to $18-19 per hour after training, and up to $20-21 per hour at 90 days.

What Will You Do?
  • Provide clear explanations of product warranties and handle service inquiries.
  • Enter service requests and customer calls into the database accurately.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for customers.
  • Engage in active listening and ask targeted questions to achieve the best outcomes for customers.
  • Utilize inventory control and shipping software to efficiently process orders.
What Do You Need?
  • At least 3-6 months of experience in a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, upselling, returns, warranties, and credits.
  • Ability to assemble and reassemble products while clearly explaining functionalities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Reliable attendance and commitment.
