Position: Technical Support Specialist
About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated
Technical Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional inbound customer service for electronic lockboxes and access keys. In this role, you will offer courteous and professional assistance while effectively multitasking to resolve technical issues over the phone, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to end-users for electronic lockboxes and access keys.
- Utilize customer satisfaction skills to deliver outstanding service experiences.
- Accurately document calls and adhere to established procedures to ensure uniform support.
- Meet performance metrics related to call handling, volume, and productivity.
- Assist with additional projects or skillsets as assigned.
Requirements: - Availability to work flexible shifts between 5:00 AM and 7:00 PM, seven days a week.
- Commitment to attendance, punctuality, and collaboration within the team.
- Willingness to work early mornings and weekends as necessary.
Schedule: This is a
full-time, 40-hour-per-week position, with occasional opportunities for overtime.
