Responsibilities
Peraton is hiring a Customer Technical Support Associate for USSTRATCOM/J6 at Offutt AFB, Nebraska.
What you will do:
Implement policies and procedures regarding how problems are identified, received, documented, distributed, and corrected. - Ensure maximum issue resolution in minimum time to meet Service Level Agreements.
- Establish objectives and directs staff activities to improve technical support practices in the areas of quality, knowledge centered support and resolution timeframes.
- Drive product supportability.
- Coordinate customer service activities with other internal functions.
- Design and maintains customer databases.
- Assist users with computer hardware and/or software applications (e.g., website access, email setup, troubleshooting, etc.) for the purpose of providing immediate problem resolution.
- In-depth applications knowledge of company's products, services and/or systems. Operations may be 24/7.
Qualifications
What you will need:
- 0 years with BS/BA; 4 years no degree
- Must be familiar with MS products, O365, Outlook email, basic desktop troubleshooting
- Must be flexible with scheduling, able to work nights/weekends as needed
- Certifications:
- CompTIA A+, Network+ or Security+ certifications required within 6 months for hire.
- Secret clearance

Target Salary Range
$39,000 - $62,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
