Our client, a leading provider in customer support solutions, is seeking a Customer Support Technician to join their team. As a Customer Support Technician, you will be part of the customer service department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Support Technician

Location: Sacramento, CA (Remote)

Pay Range: $17/hr

What's the Job?
  • Respond to customer inquiries ranging from routine to complex through various channels including phone, email, and in-person.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of claims and data entry tasks.
  • Educate customers on the value and benefits of the company's products and services.
  • Research and resolve customer issues while maintaining high customer service standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify customer trends and suggest improvements.
What's Needed?
  • One to two years of customer service experience in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple software programs simultaneously.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
