Onsite Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM
Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently process customer orders and inquiries in our dynamic call center, utilizing state-of-the-art technology.
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their needs.
- Guide customers through Uline's website and assist with online ordering.
- Become a knowledgeable product and solutions expert. With our comprehensive training, you will confidently answer questions about products, pricing, and shipping.
Minimum Qualifications: - A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial, but we will provide training to ensure you deliver top-notch service.
