Your Responsibilities - Efficiently process customer orders and inquiries in a state-of-the-art collaborative call center environment.
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to enhance their experience.
- Guide customers through Uline's website and online ordering processes.
- Become a knowledgeable resource on our products and solutions. We will train you to confidently address questions regarding product details, pricing, and shipping.
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we welcome newcomers and will provide comprehensive training to ensure you deliver exemplary service.
