This is a full-time opportunity during first shift.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will: - Deliver outstanding service to patients, clients, and the laboratory team over the phone.
- Navigate a call center environment with ease.
- Process billing claims, analyze accounts, and assist callers in understanding their charges.
- Promote safety, compliance, and quality control at every opportunity.
To excel in this role, you will need: - A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center or laboratory setting.
- Excellent communication skills that make people feel valued.
- Strong typing skills (minimum 35wpm) and proficiency in 10-key.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Bonus points for: - An Associate's Degree or Medical Assistant training.
- 2+ years of laboratory experience, especially in specimen collection and processing.
- Data entry experience in a production environment.
