Job Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and enhancing customer satisfaction. We are looking for creative and analytical individuals who can optimize current processes and adapt to feedback for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Job Specifications
  • Full-time position with no travel required.
  • High School diploma or GED is mandatory; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant work experience is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with customer service principles.
  • Experience in a call center or customer service environment is advantageous.
  • Strong data entry and typing skills, including 10-key.
