TEKsystems is hiring for a Customer Support Specialist This is a Direct Placement/Permanent hire with a rapidly growing manufacturing company who offers excellent compensation and benefits package Must be Qualified

MUST HAVES:

2+ years of manufacturing customer service experience

2+ years of order entry experience

SAP experience is preferred

Description:

Answer inbound calls and emails from internal and external customers

Create customer quotes, orders, and PO's within SAP

Identify parts needed for customer

Communicate customer order updates and revisions via phone/email

Track jobs in ERP system

Service as liaison between customers and internal teams

Assist with special products as needed

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Hybrid schedule - Two days remote - Monday/Fridays

Pay:

$26/HR-$30/HR (based on experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $62400.00/yr.
