As a
Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our team by handling various responsibilities that ensure our operations run smoothly. Your key duties will include:
- Collecting weekly timecards and submitting hours to the payroll team.
- Maintaining the addendum master checklist.
- Participating in daily office meetings with prepared updates and announcements.
- Onboarding new clients and accurately inputting data into our CRM.
- Updating and maintaining our client master lists.
- Evaluating and processing workers' compensation claims.
- Overseeing contractor holiday pay and PTO submissions.
- Scheduling drug screenings and conducting background checks.
- Processing all I-9 documentation.
- Conducting and auditing contractor unemployment claims weekly.
- Setting up desks for new internal employees.
- Handling requests from DBO/CSM/AE as assigned.
Qualifications: - 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
- A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
