What will you be doing? Helping customers access high-quality products that improve their lives. You will engage in meaningful work and create positive changes for our customers.
A day in the life of a Customer Support Specialist:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer experiences through personalized service, both in-store and in customers' homes, while assisting with new rental orders when necessary.
- Deliveries & Pickups: Get out of the store and showcase your enthusiasm by safely loading/unloading and installing products while following all established transportation protocols and keeping vehicles clean and maintained.
- Merchandising: Ensure a welcoming store environment by keeping products organized and clean, refurbishing merchandise, and maintaining showroom cleanliness for both customers and team members.
What are the minimum requirements?
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- A valid state driver's license and a good driving record - driving company vehicles is required
- The ability to lift and move heavy items such as furniture and appliances
- Strong communication and customer service skills

Physical Demands:
This position requires regular communication skills, and it is physically active, demanding standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the day. Team members must frequently lift or move heavy merchandise and are expected to adhere to safety guidelines.
Expected Working Hours:
This is a full-time role, with work typically scheduled Monday to Saturday, during store hours, with Sundays and one other weekday off. Hours may vary based on management decisions and business needs.
