As we continue to grow at an accelerated pace, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the weekend. We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch customer service and fostering positive relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Providing accurate information about our products/services and assisting with product selection
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
- Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and professionally
- Updating customer accounts and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM software
