Responsibilities - Account Management: Oversee and maintain customer accounts daily, ensuring smooth processes from initial setup through to production and shipping follow-ups.
- Professional Communication: Deliver prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication platforms.
- Cost Estimation: Utilize industry-specific software to create accurate manufacturing cost estimates.
- Quoting: Provide formal quotes to customers based on their needs.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels according to established guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customers, Design, Planning, Production, Quality, and Shipping teams to fulfill customer requirements effectively.
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's Degree in Business Administration is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in customer service, ideally within an industrial environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to industry-specific software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
