Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong customer relationships to address and resolve issues effectively.
- Manage order entry and maintenance for assigned accounts.
- Review and resolve any scheduling conflicts for deliveries, keeping customers informed of any changes or potential service issues.
- Communicate order confirmations, changes, and cancellations to customers and internal team members.
- Work with sales and operations to recommend and implement corrective actions for customer issues.
- Review post-shipment orders for billing accuracy and manage returns and inventory usage.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and prepare necessary reports for management and customers.
- Process plant claims and handle customer paperwork promptly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements: - Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience required.
- Experience in manufacturing and using CRM preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different areas of the business.
