Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to address and resolve issues effectively.
  • Manage order entry and maintenance for assigned accounts.
  • Review and resolve any scheduling conflicts for deliveries, keeping customers informed of any changes or potential service issues.
  • Communicate order confirmations, changes, and cancellations to customers and internal team members.
  • Work with sales and operations to recommend and implement corrective actions for customer issues.
  • Review post-shipment orders for billing accuracy and manage returns and inventory usage.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and prepare necessary reports for management and customers.
  • Process plant claims and handle customer paperwork promptly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience required.
  • Experience in manufacturing and using CRM preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different areas of the business.
