Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years old
- Full-time availability is necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience
- Collections experience is a plus
- Criminal background check
- Consumer credit check
- Drug screening
Your Role: - Deliver outstanding customer service
- Process loans efficiently
- Handle cash transactions responsibly
- Make collection calls as needed
- Assist with additional responsibilities as they arise
