Description

As a Customer Support Specialist at Linked Light Pulse, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering prompt, accurate, and professional assistance. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, answering product-related questions, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues efficiently
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support activities
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and providing user guidance
  • Continuously improve support documentation and procedures
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 1+ year of experience in customer support or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient with support software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, helpdesk platforms)
