TEKsystems is currently supporting a client in Cincinnati, OH in search for a Customer Support Specialist. This position will work with a dynamic team to ensure smooth operations and effectively communicate for their customers. Candidates with experience in customer service and administration are encouraged to apply. This is a contract role for 3-4 months with possibility for extension/conversion.
Description:
National contact center support
Handle inbound and outbound calls from new and existing customers
Support sales order process for new installation projects
Following up on open service requests and placing new requests
Support billing and payment process
Completing online service requests
Qualifications:
Customer service and administration experience
Microsoft office
Strong communication
Strong attention to detail
Call center experience preferred
Additional Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday, this is an on-site position only
Shift: available to work between 8am-7pm

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
