Your Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, your main responsibility is to connect with customers via various communication channels and provide effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns. You will also track call information, provide feedback, and assist with order processing and upselling when necessary.

Key Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Proficient in PC operation and navigation
  • Basic IT/network troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
