Your Role: - Act as the primary point of contact, fostering long-term relationships with customers.
- Efficiently manage your customer portfolio, ensuring productivity and tracking progress.
- Partner with internal business teams to enhance customer experiences.
- Maintain client satisfaction by delivering exemplary service daily.
- Oversee existing accounts to boost sales and profitability.
- Strive to meet or surpass productivity targets consistently.
- Cultivate strong business relationships both internally and externally.
- Initiate outbound sales calls to expand our customer base.
- Educate customers on our diverse products and the benefits of consolidation.

Basic Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities, along with relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in account management or a related field.
- Creative problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- A keen sense of business acumen and strategic sales insight.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Exceptional organizational and troubleshooting skills.
