About You: - You thrive on providing exceptional customer service, especially in a manufacturing environment.
- Preference given to those with experience in industrial sectors such as glass, aluminum, or building materials.
- You possess stellar communication, interpersonal, conflict management, and time management skills.
Your Responsibilities: - Handle customer requests for price quotations, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations via telephone and fax.
- Provide answers to technical questions about products and services.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure the highest level of service.
- Efficiently enter customer requests into our systems.
What You Bring: - High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Strong listening skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to perform calculations involving discounts, percentages, and basic geometry.
