In this vital role, you'll be the first voice our clients hear, helping them navigate their financial journey with confidence and care.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and Zoom
  • Deliver friendly, informed guidance on our financial tools and services
  • Resolve questions and concerns with empathy, accuracy, and a personal touch
  • Log customer communications and maintain up-to-date records in our systems
  • Stay informed on our evolving offerings to better assist clients
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
  • Have at least one year of experience in customer support, client success, or office admin
  • Communicate with clarity, professionalism, and a genuinely helpful attitude
  • Excel at troubleshooting and problem-solving with a calm, compassionate mindset
  • Keep things organized and meet deadlines with ease-even when juggling multiple tasks
  • Are open to pursuing any licensing needed within your first two weeks (we'll support you.)
