Our corporate office currently has new opportunities opening on our team and are looking to fill a Customer Support & Sales Trainee role. Because of our attention to detail and high-quality customer service we are able to help any client expand their market share.
If you were to step into the Customer Support & Sales Trainee position, you would work directly with a team of about 10-12 other individuals. We provide full training to anyone on staff, so no experience is necessary.
Job Duties:
The position details include but are not limited to:
- Assist in daily growth of assigned campaigns working closely and directly with our customers in person
- Collaborate in a Team-Based Work Environment
- Maintain Relationships with Key Accounts and Provide Sales Support if necessary
- Participate in Conference Calls, Client/Customer Meetings, etc.
- Provide regular customer service to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Organize Event Promotions and build brand recognition through experiential marketing
- Work with Senior Staff on specific projects related to designated client
