The ideal candidate will possess exceptional phone skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and proficiency in calling. You will be responsible for ensuring that customer expectations are exceeded with clear and concise communication with department managers, employees, and customers.

  • Compensation: $19-$21 per hour based on experience
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and manage incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Dispatch service calls by priority, urgency, and profitably to ensure daily revenue goals are met/exceeded.
  • Convert incoming calls into booked service appointments according to company guidelines.
  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients or partners as needed
  • Demonstrate excellent grammar and communication skills in all verbal and written interactions
  • Perform daily cleaning and stocking tasks to ensure the reception area is tidy and well-maintained
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
  • Work with field service supervisors and service managers to ensure first calls for next day are assigned and strategically structured.
  • Special projects or tasks as requested by your manager.
Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with different personalities and communication styles.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and high-demand peak seasons.
  • IT competent - efficient typist, proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Work, and Excel, and phone systems
  • Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.
  • Experience in an HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), setting highly preferred.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) (Preferred, not required)
  • One-year related experience and/or training in customer service and dispatching
