THE POSITION

We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative for our HBW Leads product. An effective Customer Service Representative has excellent problem-solving skills, knows how to use their resources, works well on a team, takes initiative, and is very detail-oriented. In this role, you would be responsible for working with new and existing customers. The key responsibilities include:
  • Onboard new agents into the HBW Leads Pilot Program
  • Follow up on missed or incomplete calls and inquiries
  • Ensure timely communication with agents regarding setup, expectations, and usage
  • Track and report data related to agent participation, lead flow, and feedback
  • Support the rollout and ongoing maintenance of Blueprint tasks and integrations
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness to all agent needs
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
  • High School Diploma required
  • 2 years of customer support experience preferred, at least 1 year required.
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office and CRM knowledge
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in outbound calling/customer outreach
  • Preferable experience in the insurance industry
  • Ability to multitask and work under time-sensitive conditions
