Customer Support Representative Toledo Ohio 43659 Shift: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Hybrid Schedule. Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Pay Rate : $15.00/hr. - $17.50/hr.JD: - Customer service experience.
- Strong computer skills and aptitude.
- Daily responsibilities include answering calls and emails, as well as order entries in the system
- The Customer Associate is the first point of contact to address our customer needs and creates solutions in the best interest of our customers.
- This position engages and collaborates with external customers and internal partners to make the supplier of choice.
- This role delivers consistent service to our customers, takes proactive actions to meet customer needs, and leverages relationships to obtain outside-in market insights.
Responsibilities include: - Answering customer calls and emails, order management, and issue resolution.
- The Customer Associate is a team player, adaptable to change, and is an active learner who seeks out and learns market trends and behaviors.
- This role is part of Customer Operations within the Supply Chain Team.
Job Description: - Provides service to individuals in a face-to-face setting that may include greeting visitors, providing directions, fielding complaints, answering questions, and/or providing information about an organization or service.
- May include some telephone and/or mail (including electronic) interaction.
- May work as part of a team or as an individual.
- May require use of office automation to enable and report on the outcomes. This is not applicable to Contact Center positions.
