LHH is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our client's team. You will handle customer inquiries, order entry, invoicing, and returns. You will also provide regular updates on order status and act as a liaison between customers and internal departments.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main contact for customers, managing inquiries, orders, invoicing, and returns.
  • Process and manage customer orders, validate pricing, lead times, and inventory availability.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with business development, planning, quality, logistics, and warehouse teams.
  • Manage deadlines, prioritize workload, and perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or supply chain roles.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer portals and order management systems.
  • Knowledge of drayage and shipping processes is a plus.
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
