Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
Available Shifts:
- Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
What You'll Be Doing:
- Respond to inbound customer calls for order placement
- Upsell and cross-sell additional items based on customer needs
- Answer inquiries and maintain an up-to-date customer database
- Handle customer concerns with urgency and professionalism
- Provide creative, solutions-oriented assistance
- Accurately enter orders and manage customer records
- Ask the right questions to understand issues and overcome objections
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma & 6+ months of customer service experience
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Typing 35+ WPM & basic computer knowledge
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Must be local with hard-wired internet (20MB+ download)
- Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented
