Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour

Available Shifts:
  • Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Respond to inbound customer calls for order placement
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional items based on customer needs
  • Answer inquiries and maintain an up-to-date customer database
  • Handle customer concerns with urgency and professionalism
  • Provide creative, solutions-oriented assistance
  • Accurately enter orders and manage customer records
  • Ask the right questions to understand issues and overcome objections
What You'll Need:
  • High school diploma & 6+ months of customer service experience
  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills
  • Typing 35+ WPM & basic computer knowledge
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
  • Must be local with hard-wired internet (20MB+ download)
  • Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented
