Customer Support Representative Responsibilities: - Identify promotional sales opportunities through leads and implement sales through face-to-face communication within the local community in order to maintain a solidified sales plan and execute with the appropriate guidance alongside periodic evaluations
- Relationship building and representation of client brands in a professional manner
- Continued education in promotional sales techniques and client campaign development, promotional knowledge in order to maintain a solidified sales plan and execute with the appropriate guidance alongside periodic evaluations
- Learn existing promotional sales systems for assigned clients through leveled training and development with an assigned Senior Customer Support Representative
- For local campaigns ensure to prove compliant for our clients and research the territory assigned
- Attend promotional sales meetings and communicate new ideas and feedback regularly
Customer Support Representative Qualifications: - Previous experience in customer service, customer engagement, sales, market research or other related fields
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a transferrable major is preferred
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work well in teams and individually
