This role serves as the main point of contact for clients' document production needs, providing expert advice and managing projects from start to finish. You'll ensure efficient and cost-effective print solutions, including digital and traditional printing, while building strong customer relationships. Essential Functions: - Client Consultation:
- Provide expert advice on all document production needs, handling inquiries and escalations.
- Advise clients on cost-effective print solutions.
- Promote and explain available print services.
- Print Project Management:
- Price, coordinate, and manage print projects.
- Work with suppliers (internal and external).
- Manage the quote process, proof exchange, and delivery follow-up.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits.
- System Administration:
- Provide system administration support for document management systems.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Manage relationships with assigned customers.
Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain document strategies clearly.
- Strong networking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Experience: - Minimum 3 years of print industry experience (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience (preferred).
- Experience in print sales, price estimation, or document production techniques.
- Direct mail experience (helpful).
- Print procurement experience.
- Print shop job scheduling experience.
- Valid Driver's License.
Education: - High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum).
- Associate's Degree (preferred).
