About the Opportunity The Customer Support Representative is responsible for ensuring customers' orders are processed, fulfilled, and invoiced in an accurate and timely manner.
As Customer Support Representative, you will:
- Receive purchase orders from customers and enter orders into ERP for fulfillment
- Assign, and update promised dates for sales orders in the ERP system based on anticipated purchase order arrival dates
- Issue customer account credits utilizing the Credit and Discount Authorization Guide
- Generating and sending invoices to customer
- Coordinate replacements and returns for damaged or miss-shipped orders, and evaluate returned materials through the RMA process
- Assist customers with part identification utilizing the Product Manual library available on our Distributor Portal
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding equipment parts orders via phone and e-mail
- Other tasks needed or as assigned
About You The Customer Support Representative role may be a match for you if you have the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years' relevant experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
- Strong sense of initiative
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
