Key Responsibilities:Sales Support Daily - Enter customer orders accurately
- Run and review daily sales and shipping reports
- Monitor order status and inventory levels
- Address customer concerns, including lost orders, invoice issues, and product questions
- Process RGAs, handle freight shortages, and damages
Customer Service Daily - Respond to customer service emails promptly and professionally
- Ensure all customer interactions are resolved with care and attention
Technical Support As Needed - Provide product support when team members are unavailable (training provided)
- Assist customers with technical product inquiries related to our catalog
Trade Show Coordination Daily - Manage logistics for trade shows
- Order displays and materials
- Complete required information for event portals and organizers
National Account Support As Needed - Assist the Sales Director with national account projects
- Run reports, assist with line reviews, support product launches, and prepare customer sales data
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Ability to learn and navigate the Apprise ERP system
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
