Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support Daily
  • Enter customer orders accurately
  • Run and review daily sales and shipping reports
  • Monitor order status and inventory levels
  • Address customer concerns, including lost orders, invoice issues, and product questions
  • Process RGAs, handle freight shortages, and damages
Customer Service Daily
  • Respond to customer service emails promptly and professionally
  • Ensure all customer interactions are resolved with care and attention
Technical Support As Needed
  • Provide product support when team members are unavailable (training provided)
  • Assist customers with technical product inquiries related to our catalog
Trade Show Coordination Daily
  • Manage logistics for trade shows
  • Order displays and materials
  • Complete required information for event portals and organizers
National Account Support As Needed
  • Assist the Sales Director with national account projects
  • Run reports, assist with line reviews, support product launches, and prepare customer sales data
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Ability to learn and navigate the Apprise ERP system
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
