Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with inquiries and issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and support related to personal line support. Your expertise in customer relations and insurance products will help deliver tailored solutions, fostering trust and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quotes for personal lines and surplus lines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Offer prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Process new business and renewals, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Skillfully identify and assess customers' needs, delivering appropriate and effective solutions.
  • Process payments and submit insurance premiums accurately and on time.
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings to assist customers effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements:
  • 4 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in Insurance.
  • Valid Texas State Insurance License.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical proficiency with insurance agency management systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with emerging trends and tools in the insurance sector.
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer support and handling complex client inquiries.
