Business Operating Hours/Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm

Job Summary:

In this position, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience demonstrating the Leppo Way by engaging and interacting with customers via all modes of interaction (phone, email, in-person, etc.). You will manage the duties on the counter and provide service to customers and will be cross-trained in all areas of operations to serve in numerous support capacities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operational Support
    1. Crosstrain in all areas of the business to be able to take and direct incoming calls, and assist customers with inquiries.
    2. Assist all departments with duties related to rental agreements, service orders, parts/inventory and supporting all rental, service, and parts transactions.
    1. Assist with department billing and credit invoices to support business needs.
    2. Perform miscellaneous and backup duties and job-related duties as assigned
  1. Customer Service
    1. Provide support to both internal and external customers by answering and directing calls appropriately, assisting walk-in customers, and promptly responding to customer inquiries, complaints, or other communications.
    2. Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services offered.

Education/Experience:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Skills and Abilities:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant business software applications.

Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment

Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills

Integrity- maintain a high level of integrity in your actions and words

Working Conditions:
