Job Summary:
In this position, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience demonstrating the Leppo Way by engaging and interacting with customers via all modes of interaction (phone, email, in-person, etc.). You will manage the duties on the counter and provide service to customers and will be cross-trained in all areas of operations to serve in numerous support capacities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support
- Crosstrain in all areas of the business to be able to take and direct incoming calls, and assist customers with inquiries.
- Assist all departments with duties related to rental agreements, service orders, parts/inventory and supporting all rental, service, and parts transactions.
- Assist with department billing and credit invoices to support business needs.
- Perform miscellaneous and backup duties and job-related duties as assigned
- Customer Service
- Provide support to both internal and external customers by answering and directing calls appropriately, assisting walk-in customers, and promptly responding to customer inquiries, complaints, or other communications.
- Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services offered.
Education/Experience:- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Skills and Abilities:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant business software applications.
Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills

Working Conditions:
