Customer Support Associate Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries about AT&T products, services, and billing.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues with services offered.

  • Resolve customer concerns and provide helpful solutions.

  • Process orders, upgrades, and service changes.

  • Educate customers about the latest AT&T features and offerings.

  • Document customer interactions accurately.

  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed.



Customer Support Associate Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).

  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with customer service software is preferred.

  • Great patience and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to handle stress and remain calm under pressure.

  • Organized with a keen eye for detail.
