Job Title: Join Our Home Care Equipment Team as a Customer Support Associate II - Helping Individuals with their Sleep equipment needs.

Job Specifics:
  • Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00PM or 9:00-5:30. Flexibility is required.
  • Location: 1220 E Mason St. Green Bay WI.

Bellin Health's Home Care Equipment team is currently seeking Customer Support Associates (CSA) who provide exceptional healthcare services to our customers and patients. As a CSA, you will be responsible for providing service in person and over the phone for sleep services. In doing so, you will be responsible for reviewing intake and transfer information for the equipment. Gathering insurance, prescriptions, test results and scheduling appropriate appointments with therapists. In addition, you will handle significant phone work with our patients' verifying demographics, authorizations, pricing and billing for services.

On a given day as a Customer Support Associate, you will play the role of a collaborator, educator, and advocate for the patients. You will spend time:
  • Conducting order intake tasks; collecting patient demographic information, verification of insurance, and determining patient eligibility of equipment, supplies, and services
  • Assist with product selection.
  • Managing accounts for reorders, coordinating authorizations with the insurance team. Providing fantastic customer service over the phone and in person. Explaining product options, coverage and pricing
  • Accepting payments.
  • Maintaining and managing customer accounts to ensure accuracy and necessary follow ups
  • Researching any problems or issues that arise and ensure customer concerns are addressed
  • Performing follow up on missing information, and Certificates of Medical Necessity (CMN) with physician offices, patients, and referral sources

  • One to two years of home medical equipment customer service required.
