Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This position is a key part of our support operations and requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's concern and providing accurate solutions
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information in the system
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and support retention
  • Assist in identifying trends in customer feedback and recommend improvements
Qualifications

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in a customer support or administrative role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems
