We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our support team in Grand Rapids, MI. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Identify and resolve client issues, escalating complex cases when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support cases
  • Collaborate with technical and account management teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow company procedures to provide high-quality service and support
  • Assist in creating and updating customer service documentation and FAQs
Qualifications

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer support or administrative role is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
