About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Support & Logistics Specialist to manage the post-sale experience for our clients. From coordinating installation schedules to handling payments and resolving logistics issues, you'll ensure every customer receives top-tier service. This is a remote position suited for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys problem-solving and keeping operations flowing smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to confirm orders, schedule installations, and provide updates.
  • Coordinate scheduling between customers and technicians, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Collect and process payments accurately, including handling refunds and submitting RMAs for returns.
  • Address and resolve post-sale issues such as delays, location changes, or material shortages.
  • Maintain accurate records and customer notes using ZenDesk and internal systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (dispatch, tech support, operations) to keep everything on track.
  • Respond to 20-30 client inquiries per day with professionalism and care.
What We're Looking For
  • 1-2 years of customer support or logistics coordination experience (home services or tech industry a plus).
  • Exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with CRM tools like ZenDesk, and communication tools like Slack and Zoom.
  • A team player mindset with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
