ACERTUS is an automotive logistics company that offers a portfolio of services that span across the vehicle lifecycle. As an ACERTUS Customer Support Analyst Intern, you will learn all facets of the vehicle relocation industry. You will help service accounts from order entry through dispatch and completion of the move. This internship is a great opportunity for anyone looking to gain relevant business experience and learn about the vehicle logistics industry.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Pay: $17 - $18/hr.

This is a full-time summertime internship. Applicants should be willing and able to start no later than June1, 2025 and internship will end after 10 - 16 weeks.

Qualifications:
  • Good keyboarding and phone skills.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Previous experience with transportation or logistics preferred.
  • Effective and proactive problem solving and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Very organized with strong attention to detail
  • Have strong time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to handle a high-volume workload and paperwork with specific concentration on excellent follow-up procedures, effective caseload management, and priority setting
  • Strong sense of teamwork, ownership, and collaboration.
What you'll be doing:
  • Handle customer's orders, correspondence, complaints, updates, and inquiries
  • Review transactions and communicate with the customer on all developments during the move
  • Communicate with 3rd party carriers to confirm timeframes and obtain the necessary documentation
  • Produce great results measured by customer satisfaction, efficiency, and on-time delivery
  • Participate in pro-active client outreach efforts to resolve issues before they become complaints
  • Provide follow up/feedback to internal associates on issue resolution as needed while keeping upper management informed
